What does “Founding Member” mean?
It means you signed up between June 2 and December 2, 2026. We lock your Year-1 monthly rate for 36 months from your signup date. After 36 months, you transition to whatever standard pricing is at that point — and we'll give you 60 days advance notice of the change.
Do I pay for credit card processing fees?
Card processing fees (about 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are shown as a separate line item on your invoice. This is not a SYMPHONIC fee. It's a direct pass-through with no markup. To avoid it, you can pay by ACH bank transfer for no fee.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. Upgrading from Single Seat through 5-Seat charges no additional setup fee. You only pay the monthly differential. Your 36-month grandfather lock runs from your original signup date and doesn't reset on upgrade.
What if I need more than 25 seats?
That's Enterprise+ territory. We custom-quote per deal, with annual or multi-year contracts. Get in touch.
Do you offer refunds?
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions are cancel-anytime. Service continues through the end of the paid period, no partial refunds. Annual subscriptions get a prorated refund within the first 60 days.
What's the difference between a Founding Member and a Beta Partner?
Founding Members sign up and pay Founding Member rates. Beta Partners apply, are selected (25 slots), commit to structured monthly feedback, and receive an additional 25% off the Founding Member monthly rate for 12 months in exchange. Setup fees are the same.
