Why this exists.
Jim Ray served his enlistment in Air Force Security Forces. After serving, he worked in construction and the trades as an electrician, held corporate jobs, and earned a degree in IT. He's been the new guy, the hourly guy, and the small-business owner wearing every hat at once.
That's the perspective Digi Labs Core was built from. SYMPHONIC isn't software dreamed up in a boardroom. It's the tool Jim wished he'd had: one honest platform, fairly priced, built so the person running it doesn't need a tech background to make it work.
